Shipping policy
We are an importer and exporter of goods that utilize Thailand Post for shipping services. The delivery time is approximately 15-45 days. However, it may take longer in certain cases such as adverse weather conditions, high demand for products that cannot be manufactured and delivered within the specified timeframe, product damage requiring a new production run, or during extended holidays within the shipping country when the carrier is unable to operate.
